Our Agreement

We want to ensure that our clients are certain about the fees they are paying and the services we deliver. As a prospective client, we will initially hold a Discovery Meeting with you so we can establish whether we are able to help you meet your needs and objectives.

Likewise, it gives you the opportunity to get a feel for whether WK Financial Planning is right for you. We make no charge for this Discovery Meeting and attend it in the spirit of there being no obligation on either side.

Before carrying out any work that we make a charge for, we will always ensure that we have clearly set out details of the services you can expect to receive and the fees payable for these services. We will only start work once you have confirmed that you understand the service we will provide and have agreed to our fees.

This Client Service Agreement is designed to set out, in plain English, how we can help you achieve your financial goals. Our aim is for it to provide clear information about how we work and the fees we charge for our services. If there is anything you are unsure about, please do ask us about it. This is important because, unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume you have understood the terms of the agreement and will provide services to you on this basis.

This document acts as the agreement between us. It will take effect from the date you sign it, and continue in force until the time it is either cancelled by you or by us, or is replaced by an updated agreement.
